How Do I Get Billing and Customer Service Support?

You may create a support ticket 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking "Support" tab while you are logged into your client portal. Or, you can click the 'Email us' over to the right of this article to submit a ticket as well. Please be aware that customer support tickets can take 36 to 48 hours to process.

Our Billing Hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST so please note that billing requests will only be processed during these hours.
